Message | Hon George Norton, Leader of the Opposition, and Liberal Democrat Leader Mr Speaker, is it not a tradition for a Member of Parliament to vote with their conscience? Devolving these powers will weaken our state. There needs to be national co-ordination of this so that regions take the national picture into account, and this can only be achieved through a centralised policy. |

Message | Rt Hon Duke Quinlan MP, Hutorian Prime Minister, Mr Speaker, it is traditional in every democratic state that the voters of Hutori know what the policies of their parties are. So that is why some explaination is needed - so the public know what they have to decide upon come the next general election. |

Message | Hon George Norton MP, Leader of the Opposition, and Liberal Democrat Leader, Mr Speaker, I couldn't agree more with the Prime Minister. The electorate will know exactly what we stand for. I explained our reason for opposing this, we favour a centralised approach. |
