With an increase in sexual behavior amongst our youth, we believe the only viable option is to offer free contraceptives so that we can curb STD's and HIV. We understand some might believe it would promote sexual activity but nonetheless, it is on the rise and we need to cut out the unwanted's including pregnancy. |
