| Be it declared by the Parliament of the Second Darnussian Democratic Republic that, Due to the outbreak of full sclare Civil War, by the traitors and criminals of the Mainland Uprisings, and the Declaration of War in support of those rebels by the nation of Dorvik, that this governing body bestow Emergency Powers to the Chancellery and the Government in order to bring this nation back under control. With the passage of this Declaration, the following will take effect: -Parliament of the Republic will be disbanded and until the next election date is set. However, Parliament will not be reconveaned until the Governing Cabinet believes that the nation is once again under control. -The Government will rule through the Cabinet and shall have the resources of the state to bring order again to the Mainland. -All powers that the Parliament would normally have shall be vested in the Governing Cabinet to allow it to continue the functions of a normal Government. -The following legislation shall be suspended to allow the government to operate without hinderence until the Mainland Uprising is brought under control. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=309756 -Submitted by The Government |
