| The Mandatory Service Act would promote both the National Military and the Civil Services by ensuring adequate numbers of troops. It will also bolster the rate of those graduates that will seek to continue their education through extensive benefits that the Military can offer through a college service plan that will allow the incoming personal to seek better education. Under this the stipulation will be made that the term is 4 years of military service or 4 years of service in a lesser Civilian Services. Every member that services is given funding towards Higher Education to ensure that their good deed in the service of their nation does not go unrewarded. |
