| OOC: I know I doubt this will have passed by December of this year, but we all know it will. I ask that you all vote to ensure that the game parts pass also. IC: Be it enacted by the Governing Council of Order, Stability & Democratic Preservation that the following be known to Terra and the lands formally controlled by the Second Darnussian Democratic Republic, that: -The islands of Narikaton, Clenon and Nihaton here by declare independence from the Second Darnussian Democratic Republic, to form the independent Nariki nation of Imperia Narikaton (The Empire of Narikaton). -The nation of the Second Darnussian Democratic Republic is here by declared disbanded and dissolved with the nation of Imperia Narikaton being seen as the successor state and rightful authority over the lands that once existed under the flag of the Second Darnussian Democratic Republic. -The Mainland provinces are here by declared occupied territories, which they are to be known as, and are to be under Military control until a time arrives that they are deemed ready to be fully annexed into the Empire. -All Nariki citizens who are on in the homeland and in the occupied territories shall have the right to vote in the new government that is to be formed in the new Imperial Capital of Merenbürg. -The Imperial White Standard and the Imperial Golden Eagle shall once again be the flag and symbol of the Empire. -All members of the inferior races shall be stripped of their citizenship and be demoted to the rank of subjects of the Empire. All subjects shall have basic rights, but will be regarded as second class citizens, to which the new government shall have the right to determine what those basic rights shall be. -The Governing Council of Order, Stability & Democratic Preservation, shall fold to form the Provisional Imperial Privy Council, under the stewardship of the newly reestablished position of Imperial Viceroy, to be held by the former President of the Republic, and the Imperial Chancellor, to be held by the former Chancellor of the Republic. -All previous Emergency Acts passed in the late Parliament of the late Republic, shall be counted in the new Imperial Government, and as such the new Imperial Parliament shall not be elected or convened until the newly formed Provisional Imperial Privy Council has concluded that the Empire is secure enough for the Nariki people to live in a stable, prosperous, and powerful Empire. -Until the new Monarch can be crowned and his government fully established and elected on by the Nariki people, the P.I.P.C. shall operate in the same form as the G.C.O.S.D.P. did and shall take over the fight to reestablish order and control in the of the Occupied Territories from the Enemies of the Empire. Be it resolved that the above shall take effect on 18 December 3125, which shall go down in history as the rebirth of Imperia Narikiaton (Narikaton Empire), and the termination of the Second Darnussian Democratic Republic. -Submitted by Governing Council of Order, Stability & Democratic Preservation (Chancellor Anthony de Augustin) Chairman of the Council |

| Message | OOC: Also will post this up on the Forums after Khaler does a post on what the old Republic's military is doing on the Mainland. Then this will happen and then we are offical in a full civil war. Also CUD, we want to have a kind of city state declare independence also, those tiny islands we have is where we were planning to have it. While of course it will be a "Protectorate of the Empire, since we are occuppied with the war on the Mainland and will need the islands in order to launch attacks on it, I can very much see the new government allowing it to exist, at least for now, in some sort of form. Would you be willing to RP as this tiny third party? |
