Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Mr. Speaker, Since October 1 when the nation's budget deficit surpassed 100 billion RUT, this nation's government has been shutdown as the government could no longer afford to operate. The last time this nation had a shutdown, about 1.2 million federal employees were affected and it cost the government more than 58 billion RUT in losses. This shutdown has affected more than 2 million employees and is estimated to cost more than 95 billion RUT in losses. If we do not act, economists warn we will enter into a deep recession or worse, a depression. It is time we take action and end this before more suffer at the hands of partisan politics, ineffective leaders, and gridlock. Therefore, I propose the following spending bill which will balance this budget if passed. I have made sure that EVERY department has received budget cuts in order to make this work. I know that some parties will have issues over what has been cut or the amount, however I ask them to voter for this bill so we can get this government moving again.
