| Realizing that the current national flag will be rendered obsolete in the event of a change to our national animal, the Eredian Party proposes a change to Rutania's sacred banner. The grizzly bear on this new flag embodies the strength and bravery of Rutania, striking fear into the hearts of our enemies and emboldening our allies. The radiating lines represent our nation's commitment to a brighter future and expanding freedom throughout the globe. The brown color represents the hope for endless stability in our great nation and the dependable reputation of our great citizens. Finally the splotches of lighter color represent Rutania's ability to conquer any obstacle as well as the grit and resolve of our people. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, For as long as I have lived and more than that Rutania has always been a dragon country, literally as well as figuratively. Changing Rutania's symbols of nationhood and power is pure nonsense. I ask the EP to stop these frivolous attempts to undermine Rutanian culture.
