MessageMr Speaker,

While we could potentially be convinced to support article 1, we strongly oppose article 2. The main corps of the Holy Imperial Military is reserved to those who are of Luthorian (including Mordusian and foreign born Luthorian), Hulstrian or Aldurian ethnicity. It is also reserved to those who acknowledge the primacy & existence of Our Lord God (Christians, Jews & Muslims). It is inconceivable that we allow heathens, pagans and atheists into the Holy Imperial Military. The Military is a religious organization, as indicated by its very name: the "Holy" Imperial Military and therefore it must remain pure.

I yield.
