Bill: Crowning of the Emperor
Details
Submitted by[?]: Imperial Narikaton Movement
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 3129
Description[?]:
OOC: Okay well before I even type this bill up, I need a good name. Anton I and Antoniette I are two examples of the style that is used. Any suggestions? Also this is going to happen RP wise in June 3126, giving the Provisional Imperial Privy Council 6 months of running the Empire. So this will have already happened before we vote on it to change the HoS name. |

Message | Also, why do people in this game always label leaders "the first" when they are no "the seconds"? |

Message | Anyway, if an Anton was to become the new Emperor, he would be Anton III |

Message | He would still be Anton II for the other Anton was a king. This is an Emperor, so seperate throne. Titles are complicated. Also marriage and title of House and all that is worked out, along with background story, so I just need a name. I thought about using Anton again, he could have a coronation nation, but at the same time we might want to take a differnet direction. |

Message | Because they are not the correct heirs and claimers to the throne. |

Message | Okay, well I am just going to crown him Anton II. We can say he took it as a crown name. Also he will be co-monarch with his wife, who he will marry six months after his crowning. There are many reason Dynastic and IML wise that it has to be a co-monarch, but trust me (As a leader in the IML) that this is what we need and have to do. Also until I check 100% we will keep the Viceroy postion, for now. |

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current. |

I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word." - Martin Luther King, Jr. |
