Bill: Seperation of Regional and Federal Courts Proposal of 3129

Details

Submitted by[?]: Vereinigt Dorvik

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 3129

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

Our Federal Courts are filled with cases of people who are appealing to overturn the results of regional deliberations. We find this somewhat disrespectful to the regional system, it was established to give the regions some say over how the law is applied under their own jurisdictions. Meanwhile, we fully recognise that some matters have Federal implications which is why we still support the Federal system.

Errare humanum est - to er is human. Therefore, it must be a fundamental right for a citizen to appeal all the way. The Chrislich Partai cannot support this proposal.
