Bill: Luxury Tax Reduction Act of 3129
Details
Submitted by[?]: Genuine Progress Alliance
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 3130
Description[?]:
This bill aims to reduce the luxury tax of Aloria from 45 percent to 15 percent. We believe that the current tax rate is excessive and unreasonable. By lowering it down to 15 percent, it will help support the businesses that produce and sell these types of goods since it would mean a reduction in sale price and eventually increased consumer interest. |

Message | We would support this however, the GPA must know we face huge deficits when we do this. The population has reduced and is going to reduce more, meaning less revune. Does the GPA have a plan to bring us a balanced budget? |

Random quote: "Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man gainst his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birthright of an American...[T]he unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments, but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people." - Tenche Coxe |
