Details

Submitted by[?]: Volkspartei

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 3130

Description[?]:

Mr Speaker,

Why is it Dorvik, in this day and age, has such a thing against nudity on our television screens? It is natural, completely natural, so why should it be hidden? Before any members of the house ask about the children, let it be known that in countries where there is more liberal attitudes to sex, there is the least cases of STIs. This is the correct thing to do, Mr Speaker, and I hope my fellow parties agree.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The Christlich Party agrees with the idea, but not with the Right Honourable Gentleman's reasoning.

Nudity and sex can be considered and are completely different things. Nudity in television is completely fine in our view, but when two of them start eating each other out, it becomes sex and the latter is something that the children should be protected to.

Sex between man and woman in love and within the holy matrimony is the most wonderous thing on the world and it does not stand that it will be turned into something sinister and sick.

Therefore, the Christlich Partai agrees with the proposal, but warns fellow representatives to venture pass this line.

Whilst the KPD can agree with the first article, we cannot agree with the second article.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The only thing we ask is, why can't hardcore pornography be shown on TV?

MessageMr. Speaker,

The Christlich Partai consireds its view once more and decided to vote againts it. The risk to crossing the line is too great.
