Drug use are important issues, with people that have vastly differing opinions varying greatly from region to region, The Capitalism Conspiracy under the divine leadership of our glorious ruler, Sam Walton, Proposes that these issues are so tempramental, that they need to be decided by local governments over their local areas in local elections, and federal government needs to be completely left out. |

Current: All naturally occurring drugs are legal.
Proposed: Recreational drug use is regulated by local governments.

Old value:: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner, and is legal in government-owned buildings.
Current: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.
Proposed: Smoking regulations are to be determined by local governments.
