| Article 1 is to deal with an area of the education system that seems to have been forgotten about. Pre-school education can be just as influential on a child's development as any other age and so all children must have access to it. Article 2 is to guarantee all young people a good standard of education that they can use in life. Article 3 is to make the education system more accepting without forcing children into anything. Article 4 is a more suitable means of testing as it can be applied to all subjects. |
