Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 3138

Dolgava values its education system very well. Most citizens have the ability to pay for higher education themselves; some don't. We propose that the government reach out to the poor but allow the self-sustainable to pay their own way.

MessageAt the particular moment, when we are investing so much money in Science and Technology and Education, we cannot abolish support for higher education, which provides our economy and other sectors with much needed highly skilled professionals.

Therefore we propose, that the reform of the education system should be directed in either of the following directions:
* The government fully subsidizes tuition
* The government introduces means tested loans for higher education tuition, to be paid back by students after earnings reach a certain amount
