| Fellow Parliamentarians, The history of Rutania has been neglected for too long, the Freedom Party seeks to restore it. We therefore propose the following. We propose restoring the former flag of Rutania, the historic flag, ( http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=13663 ) We propose the renaming of the city of Feynport back to its first name, Port Nelson, which was the historic capital of Rutania. With a dragon on the flag, we propose the national animal being restored to the Dragon. We propose restoring the name of Rutania back to the Commonwealth of Rutania. The original name of Rutania was the Federated States of Rutania, we therefore propose bringing back the name of the original provinces The name was changed to Commonwealth of Rutania to reflect the fact that the national government did not devolve powers down to the state level. We propose the renaming of Floral (a ridiculous name) back to its original name, Delvar. We propose the renaming of Rutania (the province/state) back to its original name, Khodor. We propose 599 seats, this ensures 300 seats needed for majority, 400 seats needed for constitutional amendment. In summary: New Flag Restoring the Chancellor Separating the HoS from HoG Seats change. Changing the name of Rutania back to the 'Commonwealth of Rutania' Changing the name of the province of Floral back to the province of Delvar Changing the name of the province of Rutania back to the province of Khodor.
