This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | Mr Speaker, We were unaware you changed sexes, (OOC: haha) but on doing so we congratulate you! However, in response to the NFA's comments concerning our position about cabinet; we have thought through this proposal and believe it better represents the interests of Rutania's majority. Although the NFA is completely reasonable in its belief that they should be part of government, we feel that should that happen it is not in the best interests of this nation. In fact, we believe that the NFA's government has been much more divisive that it has been for its stated purpose of unity. We have been making efforts in moderation in proposing single article bills to give parties chances in decide what to vote yes and no against, but we believe that our side of politics can achieve more in government than yours. Ultimately, the Nationalist Liberal Party believes above all else in the progress of Rutania. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, The NFA has been throwing temper tantrums since the beginning of this debates (other instances besides). A tantrum is defined as an emotional outbursts, and you, sirs, have been making it for most of your time in the Assembly. The NFA went so far as to make false allegations against the RSL to get what it wants. Clearly, the NFA cannot moderate its emotions.
