Details
Submitted by[?]: Social Democratic Legend Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 3139
Description[?]:
1) we should get in on this to generate capital to invest in the society, to ensure prices are reasonable and services are of a good quality and to move this sector towards environmentally-friendly fuels. 2) everybody knows how dangerous nuclear power is. aside from the fact that we should be using more eco-friendly sources anyway; nuclear has many negative effects. we all know what happened in Chernobyl- the effects are still appearing. we try to contain it but accidents happen- such as what happened in Japan. 3) why should everyone receive discount travel? we should only fully subsidise public transport for those who need it but cannot afford it. there is no reason why those who can afford it shouldn't pay full price. this would mean we would be able to help the needy further and we would have more money to put back into public works. |
