Bill: No One Man Should Have Too Much Power!
Details
Submitted by[?]: Social Democratic Legend Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 3140
Description[?]:
We have created this bill because for too long the unelected, undemocratic, President has had too much say in how the country is run and the people are being let down as a result of this outdated tradition. Having one individual also saves the taxpayers money and allows much more efficiency. This means we can vote for the leader much more simply in cabinet proposals. This is NOT to be considered a dictatorship by any means- exactly the opposite- this is a lot more democratic. We can still maintain all of the old traditions and values just with more democracy. To finally drag Baltusia into the modern times so that we may keep up with the rest of the world! |
