Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

In accordance with the constitution of the Federation of Zardugal the Director-General calls for a new cabinet to be formed. Pursuit to the powers granted to the Director-General appointments for Deputy-Director General and Vicar-Generals of the Federated States of the Zardic Republic. As of March 3138: The Federal Republican Party (FRP) shall retain the posts within the cabinet heading up the Ministries of Trade and Industry, Foreign Affairs, Finance and Infrastructure and Transport while adding the Ministry of Defense. The United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) shall retain their posts as Director of State to chair the Cabinet and maintain the Ministries of Internal Affairs, Justice, Science and Technology, Food and Agriculture, Environment and Tourism while adding to their portfolio the Ministry of Health and Social Services and the Ministry of Education and Culture. Each Ministry shall be shadowed by Deputy Ministers from members opposite of the Minister from the parties within the Zardic Coalition. (Ex: UNA holds Ministry of Justice, the Deputy-Minister of Justice shall be a member of the F.R.P.) Deputy-Ministers shall be appointed by their respective parties and confirmed by the Director-General and Director of State. Mr. Kenneth L Rothchild has resigned his post as Minister of Trade and Industry and has accepted the post as Foreign Minister. Taking Mr. Rothchild’s place at the Ministry of Trade and Industry shall be Mrs. May Lazaro (FRP.) Taking over the Ministry of Defense from Minister Clark Matthews (UNA) shall be Admiral Dimas Sabatka. Replacing Minister Agosta of Infrastructure and Transport will be Mr. Benjamin Commens (F.R.P.)
