Message | Well I understand Mr. King feels it's a waste of money, but we need to look very systematically at this problem. By offering contraceptives the price we pay to prevent a child birth is cheaper than by paying for an abortion as we do by law. A $0.25 condom or $1.00/week birth control is much cheaper than a doctor's bill. |

Message | You do have a point there, but the cost of a condom can range a lot from €0.25 or to about €2.50. So you need to look at that too. |

Message | We do not pay for abortion, the government does not fund abortion at all. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
