| The current situation that can develop directly on our border is a threat to our nation. 1) Due to the Malivian-Deltarian war declarations, which leaves the potential for violation of our borders. 2) Our naval forces will maintain observation only, and not to engage unless fired on. 3) Our ground forces including infantry, armored units, along with mobile artillery units are to be stationed near the border with Malivia. 4) Our airforce based out of Astoria Air base are to begin patrols around our airspace, assisted by aircraft carrier based units from the 2nd HOB air regiment. 5) These units are under orders to observe only. They are not to engage unless our borders are crossed, or they are fired upon by any faction. |
