MessageMr. Speaker,

The ILA would be willing to accept local government control over recycling. A national recycling program however we feel is unnecassary.

I Yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

While we believe that recycling may be a laudable pursuit, it must absolutely remain an individual one. The government, whether it be Imperial or local, has absolutely no business funding recycling programs. It would have to use valuable taxpayer pounds to fund a program that not everyone would use. We fear this is a tactic oft used by the left to promote their fallacious "global warming" agenda.

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,
We have amended this bill so as to make it more appealing to the ILA. We hope that they can support us as we seek to carry this bill and we would again implore the CIL to support us, or at the very least, abstain from opposing this bill.

I yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

The CIL would be willing to support this bill within the context of a compromise but so far, it seems the DLP has been unwilling to compromise with us by accepting some of the CIL's electoral appositions and has even withdrawn from the government for ideological reasons. If the DLP changes it's mind and is willing to resume policy cooperation with us, we will then again reconsider the possibility of supporting DLP initiatives that we do not support per se.

I yield.

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.

Random quote: First and second class seats on public transport shall be BANNED! We are all FIRST CLASS people, regardless of whether we are rich or poor and can afford or not afford to pay for a more expensive seat. From now on, all seats on trains, buses, trams, planes and so on shall be the SAME. We will all travel in the SAME way, TOGETHER. ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party
