MessageMr Speaker,

Although the CDU is the largest party in Rutania, they have yet to prove whether they are capable of leadership. Rutania, as evidenced by the recent war against Beluzia, is a major Terran power. I hope the CDU realises that we have lots of enemies and that we have to set a sterling example against other nations. The Rutanian cabinet is not for flexing electoral muscle: it is for selecting the most practical and competent of statesmen to lead our nation. I hope the CDU knows what they're doing.

Reginald Blackburn,
RSL Chief Parliamentarian
