MessageMr Speaker,

His Imperial, Most Excellent and Most Christian Majesty, the Immortal Phoenix, Emperor Philip II of Luthori and I of Mordusia would like to inform the "Party of Death and Evil" that any new Imperial Seal-Bearer and government ministers must swear loyalty to His Majesty because the members of said party have yet to express any such words of fealty. This is not the case of the DLP therefore said oath will be implied from the DLP.

I yield.
