| This bill aims to make the issuance of government identity cards voluntary optional rather than mandatory, in our desire to help bring our nation closer to the ideals of liberty and progress. With this bill, citizens have the option of acquiring a single government identity card which will serve as their sole identity card for all government transactions. If they do not wish to do so, they will still be given identity cards from the respective government agencies. |
