Bill: Batas Pambansa Blg. 11: Withdrawal from the International Treaty for Political Indipendence of Public Administration
Details
Submitted by[?]: Genuine Progress Alliance
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 3159
Description[?]:
This bill aims to withdraw the Republic of Aloria from the International Treaty for Political Indipendence of Public Administration. We acknowledge that the intention of the treaty is valid and commendable, but we do not believe that the issue of political independence of government employees must be regulated by an international agreement. This bill, however, does not effectively remove political independence among government employees and public officials. It shall remain a government policy unless if it has been revised by a separate legislation. |
