| This bill aims to let the government subsidise a 20 percent discount on contraceptives for the citizens of Aloria. Through this, we seek to promote responsible parenthood and to promote proper reproductive health in order to help manage the current population of the nation. The reason why a discount was chosen instead of making it free is to prevent the use of these contraceptives for purposes other than family planning, promoton of proper reproductive health, and responsible parenthood. |
