Bill: Batas Pambansa Blg. 19: Synchronized National and Local Election Act of 3160
Details
Submitted by[?]: Genuine Progress Alliance
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill requests an early election. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline. Elections will be held immediately if the bill passes.
Voting deadline: February 3161
Description[?]:
We, the Genuine Progress Alliance, call for early elections as soon as we can reach a consensus. The reason for this early election is in order to further synchronize the election system. At the moment, the President of Aloria will be exceeding his intended four-year term from his original election. The special election that took place the year after was intended for the Batasang Pambansa and not the President. We wish to conduct the elections from July 3161 to July 3160 so as not to give the President an irregular 5-year term and in order to give other Alorians a chance to participate further in this new democratic process as a presidential candidate. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
