| Under this law, prisoners in the nation shall be given technical, livelihood, and/or non-formal academic education in order to help their rehabilitation. The education shall be handled by the Bureau of Non-formal Education and the Bureau of Technical Education and Skills Development, in coordination with the Bureau of Corrections and Penology. |
