Bill: Final Directives of the National Restoration Committee

Details

Submitted by[?]: National Restoration Committee

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 3163

Description[?]:

The Committee believes that its time is coming to an end, we have performed a vital service for Jelbania, but we are not a long term Government fix. This honour must be given to actual parties and politicians, this is not a game for concerned citizens who long for nothing more than to return to their lives in a country much improved for their contribution.

This is a big change for the nation, a sign that the people are ready to begin to trust the government again - the Committee can only hope that it is not abused once again. Once this bill passes, the Committee will dissolve.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
