| ARTICLE I. TITLE This Act shall be known as the National Coat of Arms Act. ARTICLE II. NATIONAL COAT OF ARMS The National Coat of Arms shall have paleways of navy blue and red, a fess of white with a row of five golden stars inside it, and a field of purple.
