MessageArticle 2 is a reasonable proposal. We won 't be using nuclear weapons unless there aren't any other ways of ending a war. We won't become a country that uses nuclear weapons for no good reason, I think it should stay. It shows other nations that we are an advanced nation but not bloodthirsty.
