| This ASP is in relation to the previous ASP used by this Government which resulted in a foreign Nation shooting down one of our drones and destroying it. With the successful amount of votes, this bill is to begin immediately and to stop should their be 2/3rds the Foederalis Legatorum in Domus or the Praeses Foederalis Republic or the Minister of Defense against this bill. There are to be five unmanned drones to be armed with conventional missiles and to be deployed immediately to the South of Majatra. There are to be two manned reconnaisance aerial units armed with phosphorus missiles and EMP bombs who are to patrol in international airspace in the Southern Majatra region. The Naval Fleet Ruina, with Aircraft Carrier Fugae, is to be deployed to international waters off the coast of South Majatra so the aerial operations do not have to travel to Likatonia to refuel. One LSF Satellite is to immediately re-position itself on a geo-stationnary route which will poisition itself over the Kalopia-Kafuristan section of Majatra for human reconnassaince. This bill is to be put into votr and then left in debate to be regarded by international ambassadors to Likatonia. This bill is to be re-examined once the current Likatonia - South Majatra tensions die down THIS BILL HAS THE REQUIRED VOTES AND IS LAW UNTIL IT HAS BEEN STRUCK DOWN BY A MAJORITY OF THE FOEDERALIS LEGATORUM IN DOMUS |

Willy Nelson Subject: Violation of Kafuri Airspace by the Likatonian Military Youre Excellency, The Kafuri Government wishes to express its profound objections and anger over the recent provocation by the Likatonian military. The Likatonian Military has entered, without my Government's permission, Kafuri airspace. This action has resulted in the violation of Kafuri sovereignty. The use of satellites and unmanned drones to spy on not only Kafuristan, but many Majatran nations is an unacceptable act. These actions are a complete violation of the sovereignty of the Majatran nations. Continuation will undermine Likatonia's influence and relationships with Majatran nation. This action will not go unanswered a H.I.M. Cabinet is allready discussing appropriate countermeasures. As a first action, the Minister of Foreign Affairs has summoned the Likatonian Ambassador to Kafuristan to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to explain this incident. If the explaination is not satisfactory, this will result in severe sanctions against Likatonia, both economic and diplomatic. | Message | Subject: Violation of Kafuri Airspace Sir, The unmanned aircraft that your Government shot down was part of the Likatonian response to a terrorist attack by Kalopian militants. We will remind Kafuristan that any attack against Likatonia or any of it's men or vechiles will be considered an act of war. We do not take lightly onto such unprecendented and horrific action by a so-called peaceful Nation. We demand that the drone by paid for in full at 20 million Likaths. We also demand a full apology by your military for interfering in the response by Likatonian Armed Forces to an attack that killed innocent civilians. To this regard, we hope that your Nation will find it plausible to offer your sincere apologies and support Likatonia's continued struggle with the Kalopian militants. Should we not receive such support, then the Federal Republic of Likatonia will have no choicd but to understand that Kafuristan is harbouring Kalopian militants and are in need of foreign intervention.
