Message | My goal with this is to penalize inactivity a bit more - there'll be more proposals per year, but the limit of storing 6 maximum will remain. |

Message | Yes. STRONGLY Agreed... Lets get it started... |

Message | I hated last week being the only person on, and even worse, I went about 2 days without getting a new proposal in my quota... well, at least it felt like 2 days.. But you are still right. If CU is going to stay as majority, he better get active. |

Message | DNUP lets get this one to a vote. actually... ermm.... make sure DUP will support it. He has previously said no (or was that you) but seeing as CU is inactive and in majority, I think DUP will understand. |

Message | I will still say not. Its not the quotas that are broken, its the election algorythm and indeed the coherence and visibility levels that are wrong. Basically proposing and voting on bills actually does you more harm than good. Therefore I fully intend to propose no legislation whatsoever, except perhaps some healthcare and education reforms. Oh and something to fix my civil liberties rating, its gone to restrictive for some reason.... |

Message | Wait a minute. CU's visibility ratings have gone down over the last two weeks. Doesnt that coincide with him not voting on like 40 bills? |

Message | And how do you know its the election algorythym? |
Date | 10:12:01, November 23, 2005 CET | From | Liberty and Prosperity Party | To | Debating the Quota Relaxation |
Message | Election algorythm is supposed to work: Propose bills = good Vote on stuff = good Excellent visibility = good Above three accomplished = good election In the case of CU (and other parties in other coutnries) it seems to be: Do not propose bills = good Do not vote on stuff = good Reduced visibility = good Above three accomplished = good election Something is wrong with that. =P |

Random quote: Although I understand and respect the intentions behind the gesture, this is not something that is universally understood or appreciated, and it tends to give out a negative impression of our party. ~ Anton Weinreich, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party, pleading with his members to stop burning the national flag |
