Meritocracy is basic to socialist economy, for even tough jobs should be ofered to the less developed groups of society we believe that a better student or a better oficinist will benefit more the nation.The less developed sectors of the society will be protected by the state and the chances to upgrade their capacities will be given but to give away valuable places of work with no merith behind it will only create parasites. |
