| This NBEA is to begin immediately under orders from the President Robert Fournes' Office. The Minister of Defense has agreed to the following NBEA. Should this bill be over-turned by voting, then the actions are to be immediately ceased by the Likatonian Naval Forces and any affliate members of the following NBEA. The Naval Blockade and Embargo are to be placed against the nation of Kafuristan and Kalopia. Both of these nations have impeded Likatonian justice and are to be criminalized. Since there are no remaining ambassadors nor delegates to punish within Likatonia, the Ministry of Defense and the Presdent's Office have decided to begin an NBEA against the Governments of Kafuristan and Kalopia. The following actions are to begin immediately. a) No economic transactions are to be made with either Government. b) All money from either Government within Likatonia is to be seized. c) No trade is to be allowed with either Government, or any business from either nation. d) Any business within Likatonia from either nation will be immediately seized and given to a Likatonian company. e) LNF is to send 3 fleets of armed vessels to international waters outside Kafuristan and Kalopia. f) any vessels who sail within 300 metres will be captured. g) any armed vessels within 500 metres who do not identify themselves will be sunk. h) any vessel belonging to Kafuristan, Kalopia or Hulstria which enters within 500 metres will be sunk. i) LAAF are to begin sending airplanes within Kafuri airspace to scout the current operations. j) any interferences upon these aircrafts will result in a declaration of war. k) LAAF aircraft are to attack any vessels that head towards Likatonia with weapons onboard. L) LAAF and LNF are to board and seize, and may sink, any vessels entering Likatonian waters. m) all ambassadors and Likatonian citizens within Kafuristan and Kalopia are urged to leave immediately. n) any nationals who do not do so will forfeit their Likatonian citizenship. o) no Kafuristan or Kalopian immigrants are to be allowed to enter Likatonia. These actions are to begin immediately. |
