MessageIt may go against the FRPP's beliefs but the LUC creates the cabinets and we can't change their minds.

Message"What a way to start a Government; against one's own beliefs. What a sham of a Government. A Senate Warden who wants the position abolished and a group of Ministers who believe the opposition should have some of their roles. It would be funny if it weren't so dangerous."

Edward Spicer,
Senate Warden.

MessageYou can't always follow your beliefs, every once in a while you'll go against your beliefs. It called compromising and a least the FRPP is willing to do that.

Message"You can't always follow your beliefs" Straight from the horse's mouth. He didn't intend for it to come about but it did; the FRRP are NOT a conviction party they are a power-hungry party. They would abandon principle for power at a moment's notice and now the electorate KNOWS it."

Matheus Kennedy,
Unionist Leader.

MessageI guess the Unionist wouldn't know what it's like to compromise. All they do are pass bills people don't want and don't try to change them. A party that does nothing for the people and everything for themselves!

Message"A party that was restoring democracy after monarchy hundreds of years before your faction ever existed! The Unionists are the true guardians of Solentian culture and heritage and we shall simply wait for you to crumble like all those before you. The electorate KNOW they can trust the Unionists, what faith can they have in you if you won't even stick to a basic matter of cabinet proposals?"

Matheus Kennedy,
Unionist Leader.

MessageWe try to help the FIP and Unionist get into a cabinet that is made by their opponents and this is how we are repaid with nothing but rude and untrue comments. How typical of the Unionist.

MessageMr. Kennedy, in some ways this proposal is a good thing. It has proven the hypocrisy of the FRPP and it will be officially recorded for all Solentians to see in the national archives forever. The FRPP had a chance to show leadership, but instead its knees buckled and prostituted itself out for gain.

This also remains exemplary in the fact that we see this coalition is as "partisan" and "political" as the one they overthrew. The Supreme President's cabinet is instrumental in demonstrating that there will be great divide in our government. The LUC had a chance for détente, it instead chose escalation.

FIP Senator Lorenzo Cardeau
