Message | Mr. Speaker, The Federal Republicans could and will support Article 1, on it's own merits. The attachment of Article 2 which would make it the policy of the Zardic Federation to ban all forms of religion as opposed to no policy. Out of those in the Directorate today it is the members of the F.R.P. who understand all too well the dangers of religion in our culture. History books attest to the rise of Saiserism and the damage it wrecked not only here, but globally is something the F.R.P. is ever watchful of. To further argue against Article 2, without resorting to hyperbolic comparisons, in respect to the Federated States of Zardugal the issue of native religions, especially upon the Federated domains of Dovani and Squibble, we ought tread softly on such a shift. The resources alone and the ill-will to be gained from stamping out the, often, harmless superstitions of our Federated citizens is enough, I would hope, for even our dear friends in the U.N.A. to re-consider this motion. I Yield the Floor, Edward Ronsonol, Director of the 182nd District of the Federal State of Manio. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols. |
