| Members of the Parliament, I hereby submit this bill to the Parliament in hopes that Robert W. Rockefeller of the NIP will be reconfirmed for a second term as Governor of New Englia, provided he accepts my nomination. If Mr. Rockefeller is reconfirmed, he will begin his term on November 1, 3181 and end his term on November 1, 3187 unless he is re-confirmed by a vote in 3186.
