| Article 1 Currently all defense industries are owned by private companies that can sell their weapons to any one, terrorists, rogue/ renegade nations, and common criminals. I propose we subsidize a government bloc of defense industries aswell as keeping some private yet regulated to ensure that certain weaponry doesnt get into the wrong hands. Article 2 We all understand that there are many fringe groups, dangerous governments and etc in the world, i dont think we should freely trade weapons with them freely, we have to assess the sale of Endralonian weaponry on a case by case basis. |
