Status[?]: passed

Description[?]:

Whereas communistic and revolutionary sedition is not acceptable in a civilized society and disrupts the social order,

1.a. The publication of communist, socialist, revolutionary and/or anarchist material, or any other material that the Imperial government, through the Imperial Office of Domestic Security, deems subversive, is subject to regulations and limitations. Any infringement of such regulations and restrictions are Imperial Crimes, punishable by no less than a £10 fine and no more than a £1,000 fine and one year of forced labour.

b. If the government, through the Imperial Office of Domestic Security, deems the above materials to be sufficiently dangerous, it may ban them from publication or circulation. If that is the case, the possession, publication or conspiracy or aiding and abetting to commit such acts will be considered Imperial Felony Crimes, punishable by no less than one year and no more than ten years of forced labour in addition to a fine to be set by the courts.
