Message | It is vital for a free market that both employers and workers get to make their own choices and to be responsible and to know full well what risk they have in either firing or putting on a strike. If the majority of workers go on strike then the employer would be unwise to fire all the workers since production and profit would be put at great risk since their will be no workers to help him produce what he needs to produce. The workers right to strike whenever he wants to strike is perfectly legitimate since it corresponds to his right to make his own choices and to accept personal responsibility. They should know that their actions reap consequences, whether for better or for worse. On the subject of Gambling, it should be a states issue. |
