Message | While we agree with the proposed reform policy, we still maintain that the nation should not extradite one of our nationals under any circumstances. |

Message | So if a national murders a family in a foreign nation but makes it back to Solentia the person automatically goes free. Or atleast that's the policy now |

Message | I have to agree with the ULC. If your wanted somewhere else in the world than you should be sent there to receive your punishment from the people you've hurt. |

Message | It's much more complicated than you would make it look. My point is that we have to protect our sovereignty, and more importantly, we cannot be sure that the criminal justice systems of other nations just so happened to be as reliable and advanced as our own. It's not a good policy that we have currently, but it serves its purpose. |

Message | But we only extradite criminals to nations that aren't cruel or inhumane to criminals. Your argument that we can't be sure that other nations justice systems are like our own is pointless. |

Message | Just because they don't punish inhumanely doesn't mean they are competent. You completely missed my point. The point is that they could be corrupt, could be incompetent or have any other number of issues with their justice system. Labour will not condemn our citizens to be sent abroad to face an unknown fate of uncertain reliability. |
