MessageThis is a common sense bill. Jobs are different in many ways so one job, lets say surgeon, will need completely different working hours than from, lets say a phone operator. Local governments aren't qualified to set work hours for a job they don't do. If we let the workers negotiate with their bosses than we will have workers with hours that are perfect for them.
