| Whereas public security requires the operation of the Imperial Un-Luthorian Activities Commmittee. Henceforth, 1. The Imperial Un-Luthorian Activities Committee, whose operation is detailed by the following bills (including debate): http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=266596 and http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=266714, is integrated into the Imperial Constitution. Abolishing it or modifying it in any way requires the support of 2/3 of the Diet. 2. This bill is an amendment to the Constitution and requires 2/3 of votes in the Diet to pass. |
