| Be it approved by the Imperial Parliament of Narikaton that, Whereas, the Provisional Government of Darnussia has threatened our remaining citizens and settlements on the Mainland, including the Settlement of White Stad. Whereas, the Provisional Government of Darnussia continues to threaten our Empire and our people with threats of violence and as the government sworn to protect the people and serve the Emperor we have a responsibility to protect the Empire. Therefore be it resolved, that the Imperial Navy is given the order to blockade the coast of Darnussia, and if need be use force to enforce the resolution. Therefore be it further resolved, that the Imperial Chancellor and the Imperial General Staff shall be allowed to take any actions they see fit in order to enforce this resolution.
