Message | Mister speaker, The Konservative Reichspartei is happy to see improvement on the Armed Forces but we believe this proposition will only make it worse. Let me take the liberty to explain why we disagree per article. Article 1. We, the KRP, are of opinion that biological and chemical weapons are the worst weapons to use in a war. Their power in battles is terrifying but the chance of friendly fire and ruining entire areas, including it's nature, is too much. Also, these weapons do not have the same scare-rate as nuclear weapons. Therefore we disagree with article 1. Article 2. As mentioned before, we find it unnecessary to use biological and chemical weapons. Article 3. This is an outright breach on personal freedom and we fail to see how this improves the military in a single way. If one thing should be evaded in our military it should be homophobic soldiers. We have several homosexuals within our party, including veterans and find this proposal extremely offensive. Article 4. Regarding the use of nuclear weapons, if anyone else dares to use it upon us we should deliver it back to them. Article 5. Instead of chemical and biological weapons we do see reason to develop and construct nuclear weaponry. It fits our aim for Realpolitik, the mere presence of a nuclear bomb in one's arsenal scares off many potential enemies. In our opinion it has been proven plenty of times that nuclear weapons actually avoid wars and do not generate wars. Article 6. We also disagree with article 6 because we see no need to care for another nation's cowards. Send them back to their own nation where they can live in disgrace and peace with their families. Our nation should supply food and healthcare to outsiders who are even at war with us. As you can hear mr. Mihaylov, we greatly disagree with your proposal and only agree on two points. If you wish the see the support of the KRP, which we really want to give, you should remove the chemical and biological warfare parts, the offensive law to oppress homosexuality and the nonsense policy to imprison hostile cowards in our state. |

Message | While we certainly agree that the military is of vital importance to the state, we feel that certain articles, such as those pertaining to chemical weapons, and especially those regarding to homosexuality, infringe upon human and civil rights, and therefore we cannot accept this bill on the barest of our principles. We do however support our right to hold nuclear weapons as they are vital to the defense of a modern state. |

Message | Mr Speaker, We feel that as many of these proposals simply seek to undo many of the changes that we, the Demokratische Partei, have made it would be impossible to see how we would support this bill. |

Message | Mr Speaker, The SED is willing to support this bill only if art 3 is removed or proposed in another bill. |
