Message | While we may disagree with some of the measures, we would probably vote for this entire bill if it weren't for article 2. Bestiality is not something we can support. |

Message | I don't support it either, but some people are attracted to animals. It's not like their paedophiles or anything. |

Message | Am I seeing double standards from you? By looking at all your previous proposals submitted, a good deal of them are about "Freedom to this. Freedom to do that". And what is this piece of legislation about? You guessed it, freedom. |

Message | There is a line between freedom and a danger to public security. 1. If they are a danger to public security, like killing people or destruction of property, they should be stopped. 2. NO. Thats just wrong 3. Children half the time have no idea what tio do with fireworks and may harm themselves or others. 4. We are greatly endangering our economy here. This is totally irresponsible 5. One word:Scams. Anyone could rig machines so they never win. This is why we hand out liscenses. 6. They may be sane, doesen't mean they won't go killing anyone who gets them mad. 7.The government needs to able to identify a person if neccessary, and this is a sure-proof way to do so. Kind of like RL drivers liscenses, basically ID cards. 8. Sex on TV=NO Nudity=OK if there are time restirctions 9. So you want to pollute the minds of children? I don't which is why there are time restrictions. 10. While I don't mind if they go and destroy their lungs, this law is to protect others from second-hand smoke. 11. If certain positions go on strike, then it will be complete chaos. Like the Police or firefighters or the military. 12. Democracy. If the minority just want to strike and force the whole union too, then this is undemocratic. |

Message | Better example is Social Security Cards when your born. You don't and shoulden't carry them around with you, but they are there to identify you |

Message | Let me correct you. 1. If they are doing a crime they should be stopped, they shouldn't be dispersed if the police "believe" the protesters pose a risk to public security. (A real life example is that a few days ago, police moved in on the Occupy Sydney and Occupy Melbourne protesters, for no apparent reason other than the police "believed" that they could've caused some damage. Even though they weren't doing anything wrong. 2. Read my reply to the SDP about that. 3. Yes they do. It makes no difference whether they're a child or an adult, as long as they know how to use it properly, they should be allowed to. No matter their age. 4. How? 5. Yeah, and people with licences don't rig machines.... 6. Um...okay? That made no sense what you said. 7. Proof of identity is already in driver's licences, passports, health cards etc. Why need another card when we have plenty of others that already do the same thing? 8. You do realise that children can watch TV at any time they like. 9. It's natural. They'll learn it someday. Their minds aren't getting polluted. Besides, it should be the parent's responsibility to control children;s viewing, not the government's. 10. People can passive smoke in other places too. Makes no difference. 11. And sometimes "chaos" is the best way to get your point across. (Another real life example is Greece. 'Nuff said). 12. This isn't forcing the whole union to go on strike. It's just allowing individual union members to go on strike without the entire union's consent. The current law is undemocratic. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
