| Upon passage of this bill the Federal Government will approve the appropriation of funds to Apex-Grunman Syndicate Contractors to begin construction of Uranium Mining and Processing Plants in Central Zardugal. Funds are to equal 50 Million ZAR per year until completion of construction of Processing plants and mining facilities. After completion of facilities 35 Million ZAR will be appropriated to Apex Grunman per year as long as output maintains 80% efficiency. The office of the Secretary of Trade and Industry may appropriate up to 2 Million ZAR without Directorate Authorization per year. |
